Talentcloud.ai is a cloud-based company specializing in HR systems. I initially joined as a front-end developer and later transitioned to a full-stack role, contributing to the development of a new performance module. My work spanned multiple HR functionalities, focusing on improving user experience and digitalizing performance management processes.

Solution

• UI/UX Design & Front-End Development – Designed and developed user interfaces across various HR modules, including time tracking, leave management, claims, payroll, employee central, and self-service portals.

• Full-Stack Development for the Performance Module – Built a performance management module from the ground up, digitalizing OKRs, KPIs, 4DX, and other performance management methodologies to enhance tracking and evaluation processes.
